As we step into December, the last month of this nine-year period, it feels like a good moment to pause and notice what still wants your attention before the year closes. Not in a heavy way and not in a “fix yourself” way. Just honest noticing. Whatever is ready to be released will make itself known.
Next year is a collective one year in numerology. It’s the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh chapter for all of us.
December gives us a chance to feel into what we want to carry into that new beginning.
Not the form.
Not the goals.
Not the perfect version of ourselves.
